Funeral services for Wyndi Nicole “Niki” Carlson, 32, were held Monday, March 22, 2010, at 11 a.m., at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Cranfills Gap. Interment will follow at the Rock Church Cemetery. Niki Carlson was born in Clifton on May 8, 1977, the daughter of Owen and Sandi Carlson. She passed away on March 18, 2010, in Austin. She was loved by everyone she knew and will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her Grandpa Milford “Papa” Carlson and Milton “Grampe” Payne, and uncle, Russell “Rusty.” Survivors include her parents, Owen and Sandi Carlson; sisters, Misti Glass and husband, Dusty, and Jami Edwards and husband, Rudy, all of Cranfills Gap; grandparents, Betty “Grandma” Smith and Weldon, Jayne “Mimi” Payne and Gary, Ann Payne; nieces and nephews, Blaine and Brady Glass and Delani and Jaxon Gage Edwards; and numerous aunts, uncles, and many friends.
